filing inheritance lawsuits and defending the rights of heirs in Shari’a courts, attending court sessions and negotiations with other parties, and following up the procedures of inventory and distribution of the estate

The legal agent manages the assets and property of the deceased on behalf of the heirs, such as :

1- inventory and valuation of the deceased’s property, payment of the deceased’s debts, collection of debts owed to the deceased, investment of the estate’s monies, and sale of the estate’s assets if necessary.

2- Property management: the legal agent oversees the management of the deceased’s property,
including:

(a)- maintenance and repair of real estate, rental of real estate, collection of real estate rents, payment of utility bills and follow-up procedures related to taxes.

(b)- Appointment of beneficiaries: in case there is no clear will, the legal agent helps in determining the beneficiaries of the inheritance and their shares, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law or applicable inheritance laws, this may include: identifying the wife and children of the deceased, identifying parents, brothers and sisters, identifying grandparents and grandmothers, and identifying other relatives according to the degrees of kinship.

The legal agent signs all legal documents related to the inheritance on behalf of the heirs, after confirming their authenticity and accuracy,
these documents include:
the deed of inventory of the estate, contracts of sale and purchase and deeds of assignment and power of attorney ,judicial rulings.
